I had an extremely traumatic experience here and would never return or recommend this place to anyone. I went in for a lash service and shortly after developed a severe eye infection that lasted over a week and caused intense pain. The lashes would not come off, no matter what I tried, and my eyes became so infected that I had to go to the hospital. The doctor told me the infection was very serious and that I could have lost my eye. I was in so much pain that I could barely close my eye, and any contact with water , even tears caused a burning sensation. Based on how the glue reacted, how impossible it was to remove, and what the doctor explained, I strongly believe hair glue was used instead of proper lash adhesive. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. Lash glue should never cause this level of damage or require medical intervention. This experience was painful, scary, and completely avoidable. Sanitation, proper products, and client safety clearly were not a priority here. Please protect yourself and go somewhere licensed, professional, and safe.
